OUR RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer a 30 day money back return policy. We require that the products be at least 50% full in order to receive a refund or exchange. Please notify us at email@example.com to let us know you plan on returning a product (s). We strongly recommend that you insure your return package since we cannot be responsible for packages that might get lost in transit.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY - DOMESTIC
We offer FREE shipping via USPS Priority Mail for all Domestic orders. Most orders are sent out 1-2 days after we receive them. In the event that you do not receive your package within a reasonable amount of time, we will replace the order at no charge to you (we do not offer refunds in this situation). However, we ask that you first inquire with USPS via the tracking number that was provided to you.
In the event that you provided us with an incorrect address, we cannot be responsible for resending your package or authorizing a refund for a lost package (applies to International orders as well). We kindly ask that you make sure all shipping addresses are correct. If at such time, the package is returned to us, we will reship it, but you would be responsible for all shipping charges.
We provide a flat rate of $18.00 for all International orders via 1st Class International Mail. Please note that 1st Class International mail does not provide tracking information once it leaves the U.S. If you would like it shipped Priority International (complete tracking is included) please contact us so that we may make arrangements to collect additional funds as this method of shipping is very costly compared to first class international. Most orders are sent out 1-2 days after we receive it. Depending upon your location, some international orders may take several weeks to be delivered via standard 1st class International.
If you do not receive your international package within 4 weeks, we will resend it at no charge to you. We do not offer refunds under this situation. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for another lost package after it is resent a second time.
